This role is responsible for ensuring products are efficiently and ergonomically placed to support safe handling, accurate inventory, and streamlined order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will leverage data analysis to identify slotting inefficiencies, collaborate across departments, and maintain the integrity of pick slots. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy improving operational workflows, we’d love to hear from you.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities/Qualifications</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Warehouse Slotting Coordinator</strong> key responsibilites include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>The Slot Coordinator is responsible for item (SKU) inventory management by designating correct locations to optimize the flow of product selection and to ensure accurate product inventory management.</li>\n <li>Ensures that all products are in appropriate pick slots in the correct warehouse departments. </li>\n <li>Ensures that all product is ergonomically slotted to reduce personal injury and/or product damage.</li>\n <li>This position works to find solutions to slotting inefficiencies by analyzing data with variousspreadsheet/software applications.</li>\n <li>Requires ability to interface between purchasing professionally and effectively, warehouse,transportation and inventory departments. This role will function as a team member within the department and across functions, as required, and perform any other duties assigned to best serve the company's internal and external customers.</li>\n <li>Inspects all pick slots for inventory accuracy and maintains pick slot integrity including counts, ti-hi’s, cubing, etc.</li>\n <li>Initiates and manages the set-up of slotting new items. Analyzes slot and product dimension requirements to ensure correct set up.</li>\n <li>Reports inventory adjustments, locations of empty slots and other related information to appropriate departments in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Analyzes variety of reports/data to effectively resolve slotting issues and verify slot contents and counts. </li>\n <li>Routinely reviews inventory movement and effectiveness of slot locations.</li>\n <li>Uses systems and data to slot items correctly by cubic movement and weight to minimize number of replenishments, increase productivity and minimize potential for personal injury and product damage.</li>\n <li>Ensures all data is updated routinely and timely to allow for informed and effective decision making across all departments.</li>\n <li>Inspects and maintains pick slot efficiency and effectiveness to ensure optimal performance.</li>\n <li>Performs general housekeeping duties in work area as needed. </li>\n <li>Secures all equipment and completes all necessary paperwork at end of shift.</li>\n <li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>PAWsome<strong> Warehouse Slotting Coordinator </strong>candidates will have<strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Understanding of ERP/MRP and/or WMS, specifically Manhattan WMOS experience, preferred. SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics would be suitable variations.  </li>\n <li>Possess excellent personal organization and business administration skills in accordance with modern best practice methods. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive while under tight deadlines and pressure all while maintain attention to detail and quality.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:</strong></p>\n<p>Basic to intermediate level computer skills.  Warehouse slotting, order selection, inventory control or other related warehouse work.
