This role is ideal for someone currently (or previously) selling private duty home care, concierge care, home health, or hospice who wants strong leadership support, realistic expectations, and uncapped earning potential.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong> &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Build and manage referral relationships with:&nbsp;    <ul>      <li>Assisted Living &amp; Independent Living communities</li>      <li>Case managers, social workers, and care coordinators</li>      <li>Geriatric care managers, elder law attorneys, and discharge planners</li>    </ul></li><li>Drive private pay admissions through:&nbsp;    <ul>      <li>Consistent in-person sales activity</li>      <li>Strategic follow-up and account management</li>      <li>Deep understanding of client and family needs</li>    </ul></li><li>Serve as a trusted partner and educator on:&nbsp;    <ul>      <li>Private duty home care solutions</li>      <li>Aging-in-place options</li>      <li>Care transitions and urgent care needs</li>    </ul></li><li>Collaborate closely with operations and intake to ensure:&nbsp;    <ul>      <li>Smooth onboarding</li>      <li>Exceptional client experience</li>      <li>Long-term account retention</li>    </ul></li><li>Track sales activity, referrals, and pipeline using CRM tools</li></ul>",
