Position:  Home Care Nurse - RPN Employment Type:  Full Time Vacancy Status:  Existing Vacancy Salary Range:  $58,662 - $72,147 Location:  East End Communities ( Atikameksheng Anishnawbek, Sagamok Anishnawbek, Serpent River First Nation, Mississauga First Nation) Closing Date:  Open until Filled The Opportunity Maamwesying North Shore Community Health Services provides primary health care, traditional healing, mental wellness and addictions, home and community support services, and health promotion services to community members across the seven First Nations of the Mamaweswen North Shore Tribal Council. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Care Nurse (RPN) to join our Home and Community Support Services team to provide in-home nursing services to Atikameksheng Anishnawbek, Sagamok Anishnawbek, Serpent River First Nation and Mississauga First Nation. The primary objective of this role is to provide comprehensive nursing care in the community setting that assists clients in achieving optimum health and quality of life, while supporting them to remain safely and independently in their homes for as long as possible.
