    "description": "<p>Do you have a strong background in Home Care and the compliance issues that come with it?&nbsp;Compliance impacts many areas of Home Care, and we are seeking an individual with the specialized knowledge and expertise to help ensure excellence in this critical area.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Who are we?</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>At Accurate Home Care, our team is dedicated to empowering patients to remain safely and comfortably at home, where they can enjoy the highest quality of life.&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>What&rsquo;s in it for me?</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Location: Remote; office time on occasion</li>\r\n\t<li>Hours/days: Part-time 20-25 hours/ week</li>\r\n\t<li>Competitive rate starting: $26.00-$29.00/hour</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Lead and participate in required committees, including Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI), and other associated compliance committees.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Manages and coordinates committee for accreditation standards, re-accreditation process, and implementation of associated policy and procedures.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Serves as company&rsquo;s QAPI Coordinator.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Acknowledges receipt of complaints, grievances and incident reports, logs them accurately and on time as well as notifies proper parties.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Gathers data from complaints and grievances, clinical chart audits, patient, employee and referral source satisfaction surveys and incident reports to present to QAPI committee.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Create and manage effective action plans in response to audits and compliance violations.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Reviews HIPAA Breach form and completes HIPAA Risk Assessment tool.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Manages an effective compliance communication program for the organization, including promoting use of the Compliance Hotline; heightened awareness of Code of Conduct; and understanding of new and existing compliance issues and related policy and procedures.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Understands, researches, and performs audits on all regulatory areas the company is held accountable to on a regular basis to ensure company standards are being followed as defined by various governing bodies.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Maintain compliance with county, state and federal regulations affecting home health care.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&middot; Completes special projects and performs other duties as assigned.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n",
