These solutions have been deployed by 87 mobile network operators in 60 countries worldwide.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are seeking an <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ericsson Principal RNO Consultant</span> for an onsite or Remote role in the Africa region.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Description:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with customer optimization teams and management for network performance improvement projects</li>\n<li>Ability to learn proprietary optimization tool processes and methods and increase customer exposure to products</li>\n<li>Perform KPI Trend Analysis and determine performance deviations</li>\n<li>Worst Cell Identification and Root Cause Analysis</li>\n<li>Perform Parameter Audits and Inconsistency Checks to determine fine-tuning suggestions</li>\n<li>Coverage and Footprint Optimization using OSS and DT tools</li>\n<li>Data Throughput Troubleshooting and Optimization</li>\n<li>Investigate drive test logs for initial tuning, optimization and troubleshooting (analyze call flow and layer3 messages)</li>\n<li>Baseband and Radio Resource Capacity Optimization</li>\n<li>CSFB, SRVCC optimization, parameter audits inconsistency checks between Radio Access Technologies (2G / 3G / 4G / 5G)</li>\n<li>Volte optimization</li>\n<li>Perform parametric optimization for effective load balance between LTE Carriers and existing technologies in accordance with operator strategy</li>\n<li>Tuning of LTE Radio network features</li>\n<li>Understand fundamentals of PCI/RSI Planning and Mobility Robustness Optimization and perform planning and optimization tasks related with these topics</li>\n<li>VoLTE Troubleshooting / SIP Analysis</li>\n<li>End-user / customer problem investigation</li>\n<li>Prepare and issue technical guidelines and results of technical studies</li>\n<li>Prepare and issue engineering level and executive-level reports</li>\n<li>Liaise with P.I. Works Project Management and the customer to meet the targets of ongoing and future projects</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma from Engineering Departments relevant to Mobile Telecommunications</li>\n<li>Min 8 years RAN design and optimization experience (LTE /3G/GSM)</li>\n<li>Min 3 years (recent) working knowledge and experience in LTE/VoLTE/5G optimization</li>\n<li>Radio Network Optimization Experience with Ericsson</li>\n<li>Experienced in last Ericsson RAN releases</li>\n<li>Must have an excellent customer relationship with both verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li>Project handling experience with tight deadlines will be preferred</li>\n<li>Understanding of radio network alarms and their effects</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in trace analysis is required</li>\n<li>Very good knowledge on 5G/4G/3G/2G key performance indicators (KPIs) for both OSS and Drive Test</li>\n<li>Strong experience with Multi-Carrier - Multi-Band networks</li>\n<li>Focusing on user perceived quality (not only KPIs)</li>\n</ul>",
