Our most successful Nutrition Consultants are pet owners themselves who care deeply about what they feed their furry family members. They love talking to fellow humans owned by dogs and cats, they bond easily with pet parents, and are skilled at providing information about animal health!</p>\n<p><strong><ins>Key Responsibilities</ins></strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Actively engage with customers and their dogs in-store and make personalized recommendations for meals, treats, supplements and other JFFD products</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Learn and apply pet nutrition knowledge and JFFD product knowledge to influence pet parents to feed JFFD</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Establish and maintain Customer Relationships; provide quality follow-up and ongoing support for customers</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Collaborate with Veterinary team to ensure all customers are aware of JFFD and benefits</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Adhere to merchandising standards, housekeeping, inventory management and point of sale policies</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Follow JFFD policies and procedures, including those for safety, security, POS, etc.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Communicates insights/ideas to manager to help the pantry achieve its targets</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><ins>Qualifications</ins></strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Passionate and motivated to make a difference in the health and lives of dogs and cats</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Retail or consultative sales experience; pet nutrition experience a plus</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Skilled at assessing needs, sharing features and benefits of products, overcoming objections and wrapping up productive consults</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Able to help multiple customers at once</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Strong interpersonal skills</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Drive to meet and exceed goals</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">POS and iPad skills</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Able to lift 50 lbs</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Strong time management and organizational skills&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Veterinary experience a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><ins>Who We Are</ins></strong></p>\n<p>Join us in the movement to ensure longer and healthier lives for dogs and cats.
