          "text": "<p><strong>LEADING RBDC SHARED SERVICES ORGANIZATION</strong></p><p>Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing, engaged SSC team aligned with the Red Bull Leadership Code</p><p>Build a culture of focus, accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across the function</p><p>Lead the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function, including cash application, deductions, collections, and credit oversight</p><p>Provide strategic support to RBCD (Canada)</p><p>Evaluate, recommend, and implement strong internal controls for RBDC</p><p>Assist finance HQ and accounting team with monthly close process and financial reporting</p><p>Own SSC service levels through clear KPIs, SLAs, and governance routines with internal stakeholders</p><p>Establish robust A/R reporting and lead overall process improvements</p><p>Work with accounting manager and team to ensure timely and accurate reporting of results</p><p>Manage relationships with RBNA Key Account teams</p><p>Lead strategic RBDC projects, including process automation, system migrations, and capability builds</p><p>Partner with the RBDC Call Center on initiatives that improve the end-to-end customer and field experience</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>BACK-OFFICE SERVICE DELIVERY &amp; OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE</strong></p><p>Deliver world-class service to all Red Bull stakeholders measured through quality, KPI’s, and efficiency</p><p>Embed a strong internal and external customer-service culture across the SSC</p><p>Support the monthly close, financial reporting, and audit processes in partnership with HQ Finance and Accounting</p><p>Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Sales to drive transactional accuracy, working-capital improvement, and order-to-cash efficiency</p><p>Work with the Director of Finance &amp; Controlling to ensure integrity of master data, reporting, and analytics</p><p>Drive adoption of modern B2B payment capabilities to accelerate cash conversion, reduce cost and admin effort</p><p>Manage software vendors and technical partners to drive system stability, roadmap delivery, and platform enhancements</p><p>Drive adoption of AI technology and agentic solutions to help with the increasing OTC complexity</p><p>Support new launches and expansions as needed</p><p>Perform ad hoc reporting as needed</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES (WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE)</strong></p><p>A highly capable, engaged, and scalable SSC team</p><p>Effective, actionable reporting through clear metrics, KPIs, and executive dashboards</p><p>Timely cash collection, improved DSO, reduced past-due exposure, and high customer satisfaction</p><p>A measurable automation and AI roadmap delivering productivity and accuracy gains year over year</p><p>Strong control environment with no material audit findings</p><p>Successful delivery of SSC projects, system upgrades, and process redesigns on time and on budget</p><p>Strong, trusted relationships with HQ Finance, Accounting, Key Accounts, and field distribution teams</p><p>Proactive analysis and insight into monthly and YTD results, with clear narrative on drivers and risks</p>",

          "text": "<p>Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting from an accredited college or university</p><p>7+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, preferably in CPG, DSD, beverage, or distribution environments</p><p>4+ years of people leadership experience with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams</p><p>Hands-on experience leading Accounts Receivable, collections, and order-to-cash at scale</p><p>Experience with High Radius or comparable AR/collections platforms; familiarity with major ERPs (SAP preferred)</p><p>Demonstrated experience deploying RPA, agentic AI, and process-automation tools in a finance environment</p><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and modern collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Copilot)</p><p>Comfort managing large data sets and translating them into clear business insights</p><p>Proven ability to independently manage complex projects and deliver results on time and to quality</p><p>Strong communication skills — able to present financial issues persuasively to senior, non-finance audiences</p><p>Strong analytical, leadership, interpersonal, and customer-service skills</p><p>Preferred education qualifications: CPA or MBA</p><p>Familiarity with SAP, BI, High Radius is a plus</p><p>Familiarity with Snowflake</p><p>Familiarity with advanced data analytics tools and RPA</p>",
