    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Position Summary:</u></strong></p><p>Harris-Stowe State University&rsquo;s Office of Communications &amp; Marketing is seeking a full-time Web Content Migration Specialist to support the final stages of the University&rsquo;s new website launch. Throughout this <strong>6-month assignment</strong>, this role will focus primarily on migrating and restructuring existing website content from WordPress into Cascade CMS, ensuring that pages are properly formatted, accessible, and aligned with the University&rsquo;s brand and website architecture. The specialist will collaborate with Communications &amp; Marketing, IT, and campus partners to ensure a smooth and organized transition of content into the new website environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>&bull; Migrate existing website content from WordPress into Cascade CMS</p><p>&bull; Format and publish pages according to the new website structure and templates</p><p>&bull; Review migrated content for accuracy, formatting, accessibility, and brand consistency</p><p>&bull; Update links, documents, images, and page components during migration</p><p>&bull; Identify and flag outdated or duplicate content for revision or removal</p><p>&bull; Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure proper navigation, page layout, and functionality</p><p>&bull; Assist with organizing academic program pages, department pages, and institutional content within Cascade</p><p>&bull; Collaborate with the Communications &amp; Marketing team to ensure messaging and web content reflect institutional priorities</p><p>&bull; Assist with pre-launch site reviews and post-launch adjustments</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications:</u></strong></p><p>&bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Communications, Digital Media, Web Design, Marketing, or related field</p><p>&bull; At least one year of experience working with website content management systems</p><p>&bull; Experience using WordPress, Cascade CMS, or similar CMS platforms</p><p>&bull; Strong writing and editing skills for digital content</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Preferred Skills:</u></strong></p><p>&bull; Experience supporting website redesigns or CMS migrations</p><p>&bull; Familiarity with Cascade CMS page editing and publishing workflows</p><p>&bull; Basic knowledge of HTML and web accessibility standards (WCAG)</p><p>&bull; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</p><p>&bull; Ability to manage multiple pages and deadlines during a large content migration project</p></div>\n",
