Position is characterized by the ability to recognize surgical instruments and surgical instrument trays typically assembled in applicable area.  </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong><u> </u></strong></p>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent education (GED) or post-secondary education.</li>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<li>Central Service Technician Certification:<li>Inpatient sterile processing CRCST or CSPDT certification.</li><li>Outpatient sterile processing CRCST, CSPDT or CASSPT certification.</li><li>For GI Labs, CFER is acceptable.</li></li>\n<li>For Surgical Services: Accepted into the Northside SPD Internship or a Graduate of an accredited program in Sterile Processing or a graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program with less than 12 months experience.</li>\n<li>Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.</li>\n<h2>Work Hours:</h2>3 pm - 11:30 pm\n<h2>Weekend Requirements:</h2>No",
