    "description": "<p>JOB Description:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assembly &amp; Integration </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Assemble multirotor UAV platforms as per Mechanical and Electrical drawings </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Integrate Propulsion systems (Motors, ESCs, Propellers), Power systems, Avionics, payloads, and Communication Modules </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Perform wiring harnessing, Soldering, crimping and cable management as per Aviation-Grade practices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Integrate Flight controllers (Pixhawk, Cube, proprietary controllers, etc.) and peripherals (GPS, Telemetry, RC, Cameras, Sensors)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Configuration &amp; Calibration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">  Configure Autopilot firmware (PX4 / ArduPilot or equivalent)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">  Perform Sensor calibration (IMU, Compass) </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Tune PID Parameters for stable and efficient flight performance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Configure Failsafes, Geofencing and Flight Modes.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Testing &amp; Validation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">  Conduct bench tests, subsystem-level tests and system integration tests</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">  Perform ground tests including Vibration Analysis, Power consumption and Thermal checks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Plan and execute flight tests (Hover, Endurance, Range, Payload and Environmental testing)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Analyze flight logs (.bin/.ulg) to identify and resolve performance or safety issues </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Troubleshooting &amp; Maintenance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Diagnose and resolve Electrical, mechanical, and software integration issues </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for failures observed during testing or field operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Maintain and repair UAVs and Ground Control equipment </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Documentation &amp; Compliance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Prepare and maintain Assembly manuals, Integration checklists and test procedures</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Document test results, deviations and corrective actions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Support regulatory and Certification activities (DGCA Type Certification, internal quality audits, etc.) </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Ensure adherence to safety, quality and operational standards</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Cross-functional Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Work closely with Design, Firmware, QA and operations teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Provide feedback to Design teams for Design-For-Assembly (DFA) and Design-For-Test (DFT) </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support Pilot training and field deployment teams when required </span></li>\n</ul>",
