Globally, we manage over 320 million square feet of client portfolios across 30,000+ locations in North America, Europe, Middle East, Australia and Asia. &nbsp; Further information is available at www.bgis.com</p>\n<p>SUMMARY</p>\n<p>The&nbsp;MAC Manager&nbsp;is responsible for planning and delivering facility moves, adds or change as well as facility planning projects.</p>\n<p>KEY DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plans and delivers facility move, adds or change as well as facility planning projects.</li>\n <li>Researches and liaises with vendors to obtain quotes.&nbsp; Provides recommendations on preferred vendor.</li>\n <li>Prepares cost estimates for assigned projects.</li>\n <li>Determines and prepares resource requirements.</li>\n <li>Creates schedules and monitors progress against timelines.</li>\n <li>Develops and maintains effective relationships with vendors.&nbsp; Monitors work progress to ensure completion.</li>\n <li>Ensures assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope, budget and requirements, and complies with all regulatory, environmental, health and safety requirements.</li>\n <li>Develops and maintains effective relationships with clients.&nbsp; Resolves issues, manages client expectations, and ensures client satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Knowledge &amp; Skills</p>\n<ul>\n <li>1 to 3 years of facility moves, adds and change and facility planning project work experience or 1 to 3 years of project coordination work experience</li>\n <li>Strong project coordination and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Ability to deliver non-technical projects such as moves, adds and change projects according to requirements, on-time and within budget</li>\n <li>Ability to develop accurate cost estimates</li>\n <li>Ability to determine project requirements accurately</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Ability to influence others to ensure timely and quality completion of projects</li>\n <li>Computer proficiency in MS Office applications with ability to quickly learn new applications</li>\n <li>Proficiency in French is not mandatory but is strongly recommended</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation</p>\n<ul>\n <li>None required</li>\n <li>Demonstrates an interest in pursuing Project Management Institute Accreditation</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>This is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of $47,118 - $58,897 per annum.
