You will report to the News Director.</p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\">Responsibilities</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;\">Plan, gather and assemble stories on day-of news or special project assignments</li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\">Work with or without a photographer to gather and edit compelling video and captivating sound</li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\">Coordinate with news managers and producers to develop stories that go beyond surface details, that accentuate unique enterprise angles, and have exclusive content</li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\">Develop a network of sources who provide tips, early access to information, and allow the reporter to break stories of significance</li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\">Will contribute pictures, video and text updates to mobile platforms throughout the day</li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\">Work on different stories and projects at once and meet all deadlines under extraordinary pressure.</li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\">Have and exhibit unwavering journalistic integrity and ethical standards</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\">Requirements</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;\">Professional or college reporting experience</li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\">Experience with enterprise reporting and ability to uncover details</li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\">Your demo reel is indicative of your everyday work</li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\">Write clear, correct, compelling copy that supports images gathered</li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\">Operate mobile transmission devices and use the latest technology</li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\">Can work in all weather conditions</li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\">Have and exhibit unwavering journalistic integrity and ethical standards</li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\">Have a valid driver's license and a clear driving record</li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\">Work varied shifts, including overnights and weekends</li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\">Can deal with the stresses and pressures of time-sensitive newscast production</li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\">Related military experience will be considered</li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\">In-person attendance is required</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Values in Action</p><p>At Hearst Television, we tell stories every day.
