    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p>The In-Process Inspector performs visual, mechanical, and electrical inspection functions in manufacturing areas under direct supervision. This role is dedicated to the quality function and is responsible for executing inspection tasks accurately, following established procedures, and progressing through structured training to achieve independent inspection capability.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform repetitive dimensional and electrical inspections using basic inspection equipment and established procedures with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and execute accurate record keeping practices as a critical component of the role.</li>\n <li>Actively engage in structured training programs and apply learned inspection techniques in daily work.</li>\n <li>Follow written work instructions, inspection manuals, and documented procedures precisely.</li>\n <li>Progress from supervised training to independent inspection work within an expected training period.</li>\n <li>Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all inspection activities.</li>\n <li>Remain flexible and able to work with a variety of individuals and in different manufacturing areas based on business needs.</li>\n <li>Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and written instructions.</li>\n <li>Use a variety of precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and electrical test equipment.</li>\n <li>Schedule, plan, and execute assigned tasks efficiently to support production flow.</li>\n <li>Prioritize workload to minimize or eliminate production delays.</li>\n <li>Interface directly with customer representatives as required.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate basic mathematical skills and computer literacy; comfortably use multiple software applications.</li>\n <li>Attend offsite training classes to maintain required inspection and certification standards (e.g., IPC, J-STD).</li>\n <li>Perform or review First Article Inspection Reports as required.</li>\n <li>Support overtime as scheduled or required by supervision.</li>\n <li>Perform In-Process Surveillance Audits.</li>\n <li>Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word), Agile, and Visual systems.</li>\n <li>Become PacSci trained in weld inspection, solder inspection, leak testing, and powder bed inspection.</li>\n <li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>Qualifications – External/Internal</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Working knowledge of mechanical measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers.</li>\n <li>Ability to read, interpret, and follow drawings, specifications, and written instructions.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks quickly and apply training effectively.</li>\n <li>Strong written, verbal, mathematical, and analytical skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to actively participate in and complete required training and certification programs.</li>\n <li>IPC 600, IPC 610, and J-STD certifications preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and write in English.</li>\n <li>Prior in-process inspection experience preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li>\n <li>Previous manufacturing or inspection-related work experience.</li>\n <li>3–6 years of mechanical inspection experience preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.</li>\n <li>Role is fully onsite in a manufacturing environment.</li>\n <li>Occasional travel required for offsite training and certification maintenance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">#LI-FP1</p>",
