In this role you would be responsible for managing all aspects of the work assigned to include Fire Alarm, Air Sampling equipment, BDA, auxiliary system connections as well as subcontractor management.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#northstar #shambaugh #LI-DF #LI-onsite</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for managing all aspects of the work assigned to them to include but not limited to Fire Alarm, Air Sampling equipment, BDA, auxiliary system connections as well as subcontractor management.</li>\n <li>Responsible for all communication regarding the project status with both customer base as well as the internal communications.</li>\n <li>Develop and execute strategies to meet the required schedule work in progress meetings and milestones.</li>\n <li>Assist with design, bill of materials, and scheduling.</li>\n <li>Work with field Superintendents and other Project Managers for project needs and progress.</li>\n <li>Order materials and equipment needed for projects.</li>\n <li>Assist in estimating, change orders, and project durations as requested.</li>\n <li>Fulfill client documentation requirements.</li>\n <li>Other duties as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>NICETII preferred.</li>\n <li>8-10 years’ minimum experience in large scale and hi-tech fire alarm projects preferred.</li>\n <li>Design and layout experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Estimating and job costing experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience with VESDA and BDA systems preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience in working with General Contractors.</li>\n <li>Experience in building teams and assessing technician ability.</li>\n <li>OSHA 30 required.</li>\n <li>Experience in high paced, large construction projects.</li>\n <li>Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
