Store Team Lead will effectively assist the Store Team Lead in general management duties and share responsibility for the store's operation and performance.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong>An Asst. Store Team Leader is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.</p><p><i>An Asst. Store Team Leader’s responsibilities include:</i></p><ul><li>Serving as the leader of his/her store team, and as such an excellent role model, coach, performance evaluator and trainer.&nbsp;</li><li>Creating a store environment members want to work in, and customers want to shop in.&nbsp;</li><li>Supervising and implementing initiatives for the company customer service programs.&nbsp;</li><li>Coaching, acknowledging member and team accomplishments, and reviewing customer service and sales tracking reports.&nbsp;</li><li>Supervising department managers and aiding them with recruiting, training, employee performance initiatives, sales and marketing program execution.&nbsp;</li><li>Observing and enforcing all store rules and company policies.&nbsp;</li><li>Overseeing the selection and training of new members.&nbsp;</li><li>Executing, communicating and supporting all merchandising programs.&nbsp;</li><li>Providing excellent knowledge of all products merchandised in the store.&nbsp;</li><li>Overseeing the ordering products and supplies, the auditing of all products received, ensuring proper shelf stock levels for our customers and minimum levels of product shrink.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with all heath department and weights and measures department guidelines and requirements.</li><li>Helping to ensure the proper merchandising of all departments.&nbsp;</li><li>Achieving store and department sales and profits goals.</li><li>Controlling store labor, inventory, product out of stocks and shrink.</li><li>Ensuring all safety equipment is maintained and all store members act in accordance with company safety guidelines.</li><li>All other related duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Employees may occasionally experience the following physical demands for an extended period:</strong></p><p>Standing, Sitting, Lifting + Stocking (Up to 50 lbs.), Pushing, Keyboarding, Telephone Use, Walking, Bending</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Perks &amp; Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive compensation, paid weekly</li><li>Retirement Benefits</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance for yourself and eligible dependents</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement for qualified courses</li><li>Scholarship opportunities for continued education</li><li>Store discount programs (10% off household groceries)</li><li>Fun work environment where you have the opportunity to nourish your community&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Must be 18 years of age.
