If you approach your work with a service mindset and a commitment to collaboration and equity, we invite you to consider joining our team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a <strong>hybrid role</strong> that is highly consultative and requires regular in-person meetings at various Legacy Health locations across the Portland Metro area.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provide consultative support to management and employees on human resources strategies, employee relations, and labor relations matters.</p></li>\n <li><p>Serve as a trusted advisor and visible HR partner across the Legacy Health system.</p></li>\n <li><p>Contribute to the strategic development and implementation of HR services, initiatives, and programs.</p></li>\n <li><p>Manage all aspects of labor relations, including:</p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Union communications</p></li>\n   <li><p>Collective bargaining and contract negotiations</p></li>\n   <li><p>Contract interpretation and compliance</p></li>\n   <li><p>Grievance resolution</p></li>\n   <li><p>Education and coaching for managers on labor-related issues</p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><p>Promote and maintain a professional, solutions-focused approach to internal HR partnerships.</p></li>\n <li><p>Translate Legacy Health’s organizational goals and values into practical, people-centered solutions within assigned areas of responsibility.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred. </li>\n <li>Relevant experience may be substituted for educational requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Seven years or more of progressively responsible experience in the HR field. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of laws, acts and regulations governing employee and labor relations. </li>\n <li>Health Care experience preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Working knowledge of all HR functional areas (employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, human resources information systems, workforce planning), in addition to in-depth knowledge of two to three functional areas. </li>\n <li>Strong presentation skills, ability to present data and information as a subject matter expert. </li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to discern pertinent data from raw information, evaluate and consult around solutions. </li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and actions of customers. </li>\n <li>Comfortable with public speaking to include a wide variety of audiences. </li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Licensure</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>PHR or SPHR certification preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $49.89 - USD $74.34 /Hr.\n<h2>Our Commitment to Health and Equal Opportunity</h2>\n<p>Our Legacy is good for health for Our People, Our Patients, Our Communities, Our World.
