We are hiring several Hotel Maintenance Mechanics to support the operation and maintenance of our partner’s hotels.  This position is located in Chevy Chase, MD. Salary $20-$24 per hour dependent on skill level and experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Location</strong>: Chevy Chase, Maryland</p>\n<p><strong>Hours</strong>: Must be on call 24/7</p>\n<p><strong>Salary</strong> $20 - $24</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong> As a CBS Hotel Maintenance Mechanic, you must be able to do the following:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Preventative mechanical maintenance; changing belts, greasing motors,</li>\n <li>Tours and Logs experience; knowledge about the equipment room</li>\n <li>Diagnose and repair simple HVAC, Plumbing, and electrical problems</li>\n <li>Perform general maintenance, painting, dry walling, and light repairs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work week:</strong> Will require weekends and nights - will work on a swing shift with teammates</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary is based on experience, what you can fix on day one, and the licenses and certifications (like a CFC) you possess!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>You Should Have</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be available to work all shifts</li>\n <li>Must be available to be on call 24/7</li>\n <li>Basic coursework in electrical and HVAC systems</li>\n <li>Universal CFC/R-410A</li>\n <li>Prior hotel experience a plus</li>\n <li>Reliable transportation</li>\n <li>Able to lift sixty (60) pounds</li>\n <li>Capable of ascending ladders up to a height of thirty (30) feet</li>\n <li>Possess excellent customer service skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p>EOE, including disability/veterans</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Why You'll Love Working With Us</h2>\n<p><strong>Overview</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Complete Building Services (CBS)</strong> is a company that is passionate about the operation and maintenance of buildings/facilities in the commercial and government sectors.
