Report all unsafe conditions or malfunctioning equipment to supervisor. May educate and train hotel staff in the safe and proper use of equipment.</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit;\">Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit;\">May also perform other minor maintenance and repairs and/or conduct preventative maintenance duties as needed</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit;\">Promote teamwork and quality service</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit;\">Assist with other duties as assigned</li></ul><p style=\"box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px 0px 15px; padding-bottom: 0px;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px 0px 15px; padding-bottom: 0px;\"><strong style=\"box-sizing: inherit;\">What We Need From You</strong></p><p style=\"box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px 0px 15px; padding-bottom: 0px;\">Advanced vocational training plus two years of experience in general building maintenance or construction, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
