The quality of your work directly supports Alpine Aerotech&#39;s reputation for excellence and helps keep aircraft flying safely across the globe.</span></p><p></p><h1><b>How You’ll Make an Impact</b></h1><ul><li><p><span>Fabricate and assemble precision sheet metal components in accordance with engineering drawings, manufacturing specifications, and company standards.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform manufacturing processes including deburring, drilling, CNC and cold forming, riveting, dimpling, resistance welding, grinding, sanding, and blasting.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Operate a variety of production equipment and machinery, including press brakes, riveter/dimplers, resistance welders, pneumatic hand tools, and other manufacturing equipment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Inspect completed work to ensure components meet quality, dimensional, and workmanship requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Complete production documentation, labour tracking, inventory transactions, and work order requirements accurately and efficiently.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support manufacturing, production, and shop-related activities while contributing to team productivity and operational goals.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment that supports operational excellence and workplace safety.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Follow safe work practices, company procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and manufacturing performance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Uphold the professionalism, craftsmanship, and quality standards that define the Alpine Aerotech brand.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>What You’ll Bring to our Team</b></h1><ul><li><p><span>Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Previous manufacturing, fabrication, sheet metal, mechanical, aerospace, or production experience is considered an asset.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate tools, machinery, and production equipment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to read and follow technical instructions, work orders, and manufacturing documentation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Valid driver&#39;s licence.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to manage competing priorities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Professionalism, accountability, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Continuous improvement mindset with a commitment to learning and developing new skills.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>Why You’ll Choose Aerotech</b></h1><p>We know skilled aviation professionals have options.
