          "text": "<p>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES<br />- Lead team on client engagements for tax related activities<br /> - Complete review of tax sections for working paper les including corporate and<br />personal<br />  tax returns, charity T2s and information returns<br /> - Prioritize workflow including utilization of tax seniors and other staff, as well<br />as recognizing<br />  and implementing more efficient work processes<br /> - Apply Income Tax Act and other tax regulations to given client situations<br /> - Conduct tax research as required and provide proactive tax planning alternatives<br /> - Bring to resolution tax issues with staff, partners, CRA and clients for le<br />completion<br /> - Answer technical questions and inquiries from Tax, Audit staff and clients,<br />clearly explaining<br />  reasoning, process and results<br /> - Through continuing professional development and self learning, stay abreast of<br />current<br />  developments and changing laws within Tax<br /> - Manage, train and delegate work to Tax staff based on complexity, availability and<br />  deadline considerations<br /> - Manage the personal tax season ensuring that staff are following proper procedures<br /> - Review monthly tax newsletter and make revisions as needed<br /><br /><br /></p>",
