    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB DESCRIPTION</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Assembly Associate I</span></p>\n<p><em>Entry Level • Manufacturing / Production</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p>The Assembly Associate I is responsible for assembling products or components in accordance with production specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. This is an entry-level, hands-on role well-suited to individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to build a career in manufacturing. A minimum of 3–6 months of related experience is preferred; on-the-job training is provided.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Assembly &amp; Production</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assemble parts, components, or finished goods according to work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules</li>\n<li>Perform repetitive assembly tasks accurately and at the required production pace</li>\n<li>Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and measuring instruments as required</li>\n<li>Read and follow written work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and assembly drawings</li>\n<li>Complete production within established cycle times and meet daily output targets</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality &amp; Inspection</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inspect work at each stage of assembly to ensure compliance with quality specifications</li>\n<li>Identify and report defective parts, materials, or workmanship to the supervisor or quality team</li>\n<li>Complete required documentation, production logs, and quality checklists accurately</li>\n<li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives and corrective action processes as directed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety &amp; Housekeeping</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and PPE requirements at all times</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation throughout the shift</li>\n<li>Participate in safety training, 5S programs, and continuous improvement activities</li>\n<li>Report unsafe conditions, near-misses, or workplace incidents to the supervisor immediately</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team &amp; Communication</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared production goals</li>\n<li>Communicate production updates, quality concerns, and material needs to the supervisor</li>\n<li>Attend daily team meetings and shift start-up briefings</li>\n<li>Support cross-training in adjacent work areas as production needs require</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED equivalent</li>\n<li>Ability to read and follow written work instructions and basic assembly drawings</li>\n<li>Basic math skills (counting, measuring, and simple calculations)</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship</li>\n<li>Reliable attendance and ability to work a full-time schedule, including overtime as needed</li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred (Not Required)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3–6 months of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment</li>\n<li>Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or measuring instruments</li>\n<li>Experience working in a lean manufacturing or 5S environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<p>This position requires sustained physical activity throughout each shift.
