This position offers 29 hours per week.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities in this role</strong></p><ol><li>Accountable to the manager during normal office hours. ‘</li><li>Inform Manager or Maintenance Staff of repairs that are needed.</li><li>Vacuum weekly with equipment as provided by property.</li><li>Wipe down handrails.</li><li>Clean all windows with glass cleaner.</li><li>Spot clean tables and chairs as needed.</li><li>Washers and dryers should be moved two times a year and cleaned beneath and behind, with manager/maintenance assistance.</li><li>Clean/vacuum common areas throughout building.</li><li>Complete final cleaning of units to make them rent-ready.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ol><p><strong>People who are successful in this role exhibit the following characteristics:</strong></p><ul><li>Dependable and punctual</li><li>Have great attention to detail</li><li>Proven ability to work independently</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Desire working approximately 29 hours per week</li><li>Have knowledge of commercial cleaning</li><li>Behavior supports a positive work environment. Examples: lead by example, friendly and good communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Hourly wage range:</p><p>$14.00 – $15.00 per hour</p><h3><br></h3><p><br></p>",
