East West Bank gives people the confidence to reach further.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Being the next generation Business Relationship Officer at East West Bank means you are part of a world-class team that focuses on delivering a high quality, high-touch, and high-tech relationship banking experience across all customer touchpoints.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As Relationship Officer, you will play a key role in </p>\n<ul>\n <li>managing and retaining existing customers and cultivating new relationships with customers to expand East West Bank’s customer base to grow assets, loans, and deposits.</li>\n <li>working with internal business partners to facilitate the connection to customers to help them with specialized financial needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We will help you grow your career at East West Bank by providing you with ongoing training to expand your business knowledge, grow your digital acumen, and build long-lasting relationships with our customers.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Achieve quarterly/annual goals through business generation of C&I, CRE, mortgages, SBA, treasury management, deposits, investments, and international and other commercial and consumer products offered through East West Bank</li>\n <li>Understand the bank’s credit policy to be able to identify client’s eligibility for loan products. Understand client’s business, industry and identify strategies to create new business opportunities and provide need-based products to customers. </li>\n <li>Motivate, coach and provide guidance to employees to achieve sales and service goals </li>\n <li>Efficiently manages time and is result driven</li>\n <li>Expert in using digital resources and technologies to optimize clients’ digital banking experience and possess the aptitude to learn new programs</li>\n <li>Educate customers on how to use digital platforms to bank and invest when, where and how they want</li>\n <li>May perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree or business relevant associate degree such as business management, admin or finance preferred</li>\n <li>3+ years in commercial lending and or/consultative relationship sales role in a related industry with proven sales track record</li>\n <li>In-depth knowledge of banks, credit and deposit products; experience in international activities between U.S. and Greater China preferred</li>\n <li>Strong sales and service skills including prospecting and networking. </li>\n <li>Proven success in establishing new clients, deepening customer relationships, and delivering results</li>\n <li>Strong financial acumen and communication skills </li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Able to manage client concerns</li>\n <li>Has the ability to learn and adapt to latest information and technology platforms</li>\n <li>Strong desire and capability to influence, educate and connect team, partners, and customers to technology</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
