Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<p>The surveillance agent conducts clandestine surveillance throughout the casino property for the protection of company assets utilizing video and audio capabilities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>- Monitor casino guests and team members throughout the property</p>\n<p>- Utilize computer based software to generate documents</p>\n<p>- Observe and record table games and electronic gaming devices to ensure integrity on the games</p>\n<p>- Observe and record count room activities such as table game drops, bill validator drops in protection of company assets until all are accurately and properly accounted for</p>\n<p>- Observe and record cage areas for proper redemption and payout of chips, tickets and other casino related instruments used on a daily basis</p>\n<p>- Review and report recorded incidents to the requestor</p>\n<p>- Report violations of company policy, procedure, or internal controls</p>\n<p>- Receive testing on a quarterly basis</p>\n<p>- Reach specific performance goals at one year and maintain</p>\n<p>- Take photographs for purpose of proper documentation of incidents and events</p>\n<p>- Report illegal or unusual activities to appropriate members of management</p>\n<p>- Be knowledgeable of Illinois Gaming Board regulations and company internal controls</p>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>- Must be age 21</p>\n<p>- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience related to the nature of the position</p>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
