font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif\">Role Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #58595b; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif\">Support Operations management with the Setting Out, planning, coordination and supervision of technical aspects throughout the project.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #58595b; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif\">Provide high-quality technical advice and take an active role in problem-solving to minimise defects and non-conformances.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #58595b; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif\">Work closely with key stakeholders such as the Commercial department, clients, subcontractors, suppliers etc.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #58595b; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif\">Ensure the delivery of key project deadlines in budget and in line with all regulatory and internal health, safety and environmental guidelines.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #58595b; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif\">Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #58595b; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif\">Work as part of the on-site engineering team to undertake surveys and set out sites.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #58595b; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif\">Oversee all building work to ensure compliance with building regulations and a high-quality service delivery.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #58595b; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif\">Check technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #58595b; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif\">Engaging and liaison with utility providers / co-ordinating on site, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #58595b; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif\">Record all issues and maintain site diaries.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #58595b; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif\">Complete all required documentation in a timely manner, ensuring a state of audit readiness at all times.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #58595b; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif\">Support the Quality Manager, working collaboratively and providing all information requested for audit purposes.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #58595b; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif\">Produce accurate reports as and when requested by the business.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #58595b; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif\">Work alongside members of the SHEQ department and support the roll-out of any H&amp;S, environmental and quality initiatives.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #58595b; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif\">Act as a mentor to any junior employees that may be attached to the engineering team, sharing professional knowledge and best practice.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #58595b; Experience:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #58595b; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif\">Possess a degree level (or equivalent) qualification in Civil Engineering.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #58595b; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif\">A minimum of two years’ experience in an engineering role within the construction industry, with working knowledge of Irish building regulations/standards.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #58595b; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif\">Experience in read and explaining drawings, plans and ensuring the compliance of policies.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #fcb419;
