    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div>\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.23.16/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.23.16/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div><div><span>The Certified Peer\nSpecialist (CPS) is responsible for utilizing his/her own recovery story to\nhelp consumers to develop skills necessary to recovery. &nbsp;The goal of peer\nsupport is for the consumer to regain control of his/her own life and recovery\nprocess by helping consumers to develop a network for information/support,\nassisting consumers to regain the ability to make independent choices and take\na proactive role in treatment, and assisting consumers with identification and\nresponse to precursors/triggers of mental health symptoms. &nbsp;The CPS will\ndemonstrate competency in recovery and the ability to self-manage symptoms with\non-going coping skills. &nbsp;The CPS will be expected to provide the majority\nof consumer contact in community locations that concur with where the consumer\nlives, works, attends school, and/or socializes. Must be willing to attend the\nCPS Basic Training class and must pass the certification exam and receive CPS\ncertification. &nbsp;The CPS must be at least 18 years old and is expected to\nbe reliable and possess the ability to interact and communicate effectively\n(verbal and written) with supervisors, co-workers, and consumers.</span></div><p><br></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;' id=\"isPasted\"><em><span style='font-size:16px;font-family:\"Segoe UI\",sans-serif;color:black;background:white;'>EEO Race, Color, National Origin, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, Veteran, Disabled</span></em></p></div>\n    </div>\n  </div></div>\n",
