Our success is rooted in our core values—<strong>trust, collaboration, safety, quality, community, and stewardship</strong>—and in how we bring these values to life every day.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Description: </strong>Onboarding Specialist (non-exempt)</p>\n<p><strong>Reports to: </strong>VP of Human Resources</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Onboarding Specialist is generally responsible for creating a welcoming and seamless experience for new employees from the moment of the acceptance of an offer through their first week of employment. This role ensures all pre-employment activities are efficiently coordinated and that every new hire feels connected, supported, and prepared to succeed. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Process and manage all necessary new hire paperwork, including tax forms, legal documents, and other compliance requirements                        </li>\n <li>Create and distribute employee handbooks, welcome kits, and other essential materials for new employees</li>\n <li>Partner with various departments, such as HR, IT, and hiring managers, to ensure a coordinated and seamless onboarding experience</li>\n <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, answering questions, and providing ongoing support throughout their initial period</li>\n <li>Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding process and measure its effectiveness</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on customer service</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills are required to manage multiple tasks and a high volume of information simultaneously</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including new hires, managers, and other departments</li>\n <li>Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements related to new hires</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#miller</p>\n<h2>Work Environment</h2>\n<p><strong>LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMER</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required for the position.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>All job requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
