About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of mid- and high-value merchants. You will leverage data to identify growth opportunities, improve merchant performance, and provide strategic recommendations around product selection, pricing, and campaign optimization.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives, monitor business performance, and ensure merchant success. The role also involves reactivating low-performing merchants, resolving escalations, and delivering regular business reviews to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of high- and mid-value merchants to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Analyze merchant data to identify trends, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Support merchants with product selection, pricing strategies, and campaign performance improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Commercial, Operations, and Media Buying) to execute growth initiatives.
Monitor key metrics such as confirmation rate, ad performance, and ROI.
Reactivate inactive or low-performing merchants through targeted action plans.
Provide commercial insights and regular business reviews to merchants.
Handle merchant escalations and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Track performance and prepare reports on growth impact and profitability.
What Will Make You Successful?
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or a related client-facing role, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) best practices.
Fluency in English (written and verbal).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
