This role plays a key part in classroom operations, child development support, and maintaining a safe, structured, and positive educational experience.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist in creating and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support daily schedules, routines, and transitions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead and assist with activities that promote physical, cognitive, and social development (e.g., arts &amp; crafts, storytelling, music, games)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Observe and document children’s behavior, development, and progress</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist with developmental screenings, assessments, and anecdotal notes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prepare and maintain learning materials and classroom centers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s daily activities and progress</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure compliance with safety standards and licensing requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain classroom cleanliness and report any safety concerns</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support VPK graduation events and classroom activities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Engage positively with children to support emotional, social, and educational growth</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compliance &amp;
