    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking experienced Network Administrators to support the FAA’s Brand-New Air Traffic Control System (BNATCS) – Tower Simulation System (TSS) initiative.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This position supports:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Network connectivity integration for 96 retrofit TSS sites</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">System deployment at 30 new development sites</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Implementation support for 86 additional tower simulators</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Integration of TSS environments into the FAA Mission Support Network</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">EDR connection setup and ongoing data management</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Network Administrator ensures each TSS site is properly integrated into FAA enterprise network architecture while maintaining security, reliability, and operational continuity.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Network Integration &amp; Deployment</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Configure and validate LAN/WAN connectivity for TSS systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support Mission Support Network connectivity for retrofit and new installations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Configure routers, switches, VLANs, and firewall rules.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support EDR connection setup and validation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Validate IP addressing schemes and network segmentation.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Site Implementation Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate with Implementation Engineers, Vendors, and FAA stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide network readiness validation prior to installation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support cutover activities and network activation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, and performance issues.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Security &amp; Compliance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure compliance with FAA cybersecurity and network policies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain Public Trust eligibility.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support secure configuration baselines and documentation.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Documentation &amp; Reporting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provides input to:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Weekly site reports</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Status reports</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">CAI/JAI documentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Legacy disposition documentation (as applicable)</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain accurate network configuration records.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Skills Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">College degree (or equivalent military or field experience).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Minimum 7 years of progressive network administration experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with enterprise routing and switching.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge of VLAN configuration, subnetting, and IP routing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience integrating systems into enterprise networks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to support live operational environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Skills Preferred:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prior experience supporting FAA, DoD, or other Federal aviation or critical infrastructure programs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience supporting NAS systems or air traffic control environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with VoIP systems or simulation platforms.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with firewall configuration and enterprise security controls.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certification.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience supporting system cutovers, decommissioning, or legacy system disposition activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">OSHA safety training or equivalent field safety certifications.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Work Environment &amp; Travel</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work is primarily performed on-site at FAA facilities across the NAS, with additional work at contractor or integrator facilities as required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Position requires frequent nationwide travel to FAA sites in support of surveys, remediation, installation readiness, and disposition execution.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Additionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must. Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance. Verification of past employment, education and references is also required. It is imperative that candidates be either a US citizen or a current green card holder with the last 3 consecutive years as a resident of the US.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The salary range for positions is $50,000 to $175,000. This range is provided as a general guideline and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of compensation. Actual salary offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
