font-size: 15px\">Developing lesson plans and curricula based on the needs of individual students.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Providing conversational classes where pronunciation and important words and phrases are taught.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Teaching writing and Spanish composition classes.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Conducting research on teaching methods, materials, and language games that can be used in class.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Scheduling and preparing students for oral and written examinations.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d;
