Our commitment to continuous improvement, investment in state-of-the-art equipment, and long-term growth has fueled the recent expansion of our 109,000 sq. ft. facility with a new 27,000 sq. ft. addition.</p><p><br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of quality processes, lean six sigma certification and experience supervising others in a manufacturing environment.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Plans, schedules, and directs daily activities of hourly quality staff utilizing the lead as needed to meet new product development and delivery schedules while meeting quality requirements</li><li>Makes recommendations to ensure production runs meet established quality standards and predicted yields.</li><li>Ensures employees follow established procedures and complete quality assurance work within time and budgetary constraints.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains Company’s ISO 9001 quality management system compliance and certification as Quality Representative to Management.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates with customers and vendors regarding quality issues.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborates with others to investigate customer complaints and ensures the implementation of changes to manufacturing procedures to eliminate causes. Using six sigma methods and tools identify root cause of problematic materials &amp; methods that reduce productivity and create quality problems.&nbsp;</li><li>Collects and analyzes data to develop permanent corrective actions. Works with engineering on process issues and operations on operational issues to improve compliance and reduce risk.&nbsp;</li><li>Develops and maintains operational training programs.&nbsp;</li><li>Works with operations to ensure quality audits are done by assigned quality and manufacturing associates.</li><li>Records quality measures and analyzes performance using statistical process control methods.</li><li>Identifies cost reduction opportunities and presents proposals for management review.</li><li>Coordinates with supplier quality to assure compatibility with corporate quality systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Manages gage calibration system.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p>",
