treatment as well as operational definitions of behavioral treatment objectives to result in a high degree of reliability of training techniques by staff</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>The position supports the program in the areas of behavioral assessment, intervention, as well as education and training that is designed to maximize psychological and behavioral functioning of the clients and to augment other functional rehabilitation efforts</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Participation in collection, preparation and analysis of program data related to outcome measures is also a key component of this role</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Responsible for monitoring the clients&rsquo;
