The ideal candidate will have a strong<br>background in forex and derivatives trade operations, excellent knowledge of trading<br>platforms and bridge systems, and a proactive mindset focused on delivering technical and<br>operational solutions in a fast-paced environment.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p> <br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Are Looking For:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Platform Management:</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>         Oversee the operational performance, product specification and configuration of trading</p>\n<p>         platforms including MT4, MT5, cTrader,DxDealer and OneZero (or equivalent bridge</p>\n<p>         systems).</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Flow Monitoring:</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>         Ensure the smooth flow of trades across systems. Troubleshoot execution issues and</p>\n<p>         latency discrepancies between platforms, liquidity providers, and internal systems.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Risk Operations and Monitoring assistance:</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>         Support risk management teams with position monitoring, exposure reconciliation,</p>\n<p>         developing solutions to management of warehouse, and ensuring systems accurately</p>\n<p>         reflect real-time and margin metrics.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Liquidity and Connectivity Oversight:</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>        Collaborate with Prime Brokers (PBs), Prime of Primes (POPs), and Market Makers to</p>\n<p>        maintain optimal pricing, liquidity quality, and connection stability.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Management of Cost of Carry and other Overnight Adjustments</span>:</li>\n</ul>\n<p>         Manage and reconcile swaps, dividends, financing fees, and other trading cost</p>\n<p>         components to ensure accuracy and transparency.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Management &amp;amp; Process Optimization:</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>         Lead or support the rollout of operational improvements and trading-related projects</p>\n<p>         using tools like Jira.
