    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Hedge Fund Accounting Team.. This role location is Lake Mary, Flordida</span></p><p><span>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span>Conduct accounting services on behalf of assigned clients and complex funds including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses and preparing reports.</span></li><li><span>Lead work of junior team members for assigned client or fund and provide guidance on complex accounting responsibilities.</span></li><li><span>Drive Service Improvement plans, target efficiencies, enhance processes, and perform specialist review functions.</span></li><li><span>Interact regularly with clients to answer questions and resolve multifaceted issues regarding fund reports and accounting processes.</span></li></ul><p><span>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience.</span></li><li><span>7-10 years of total work experience preferred.</span></li><li><span>Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.</span></li><li><span>Experience evaluating GAAP and/or IFRS rules to determine impact of new regulations on fund accounting practices.</span></li><li><span>Ability to provide guidance and review work related to cash and asset reconciliations for complex accounts or transactions.</span></li><li><span>May have people management responsibilities in some geographies and may be tasked with Team Lead responsibilities.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
