Pier Sixty-Six invites dedicated, energetic, and polished hospitality enthusiasts eager for growth and stardom to join our team and enjoy highly competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, and a culture that honors and respects you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We currently have an opportunity for a well-rounded and seasoned <strong>Saltbreez</strong>e <strong>Bartender</strong> to join our Pier Sixty-Six Resort team!  </p>\n<p>Reporting to the outlet General Manager as Bartender, you will support and provide excellent and personalized service at The Nectar Room. This role requires a passion for mixology, personalized service, and guest engagement offering luxury products and service, in a dynamic environment. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain complete knowledge of all products, brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections, correct glassware, and garnishes available.</li>\n <li>Greet guests promptly with a smile, make eye contact, and use names to personalize service and signal recognition.</li>\n <li>Serve beverages and food in accordance with established guidelines: specified glassware, correct pouring, recipes, measures, and garnishes.</li>\n <li>Prepare and serve beverages in a professional, efficient, and proactive manner.</li>\n <li>Oversee bar maintenance: keep the bar clean and organized; keep glassware, soda, and garnishes stocked; communicate any missing items to management.</li>\n <li>Coordinate food service at the bar with the kitchen, service team, and support team.</li>\n <li>Provide guests dining and drinking at the bar with a great experience while ensuring the service team receives prompt service for table guests.</li>\n <li>Proactively anticipate guest and team needs and make personalized recommendations.</li>\n <li>Enter all orders in the POS immediately and accurately; present accurate checks and fully process payments.</li>\n <li>Serve alcohol responsibly with strict ID verification and measured pours while operating with integrity in all transactions.</li>\n <li>Restock to par levels and notify supervisors immediately of any shortages or out-of-stocks.</li>\n <li>Promote a clean, safe, and supportive work environment in line with health code and resort policies.</li>\n <li>Performs other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 2 years’ bartending experience in fast paced, high-end, luxury food & beverage operations</li>\n <li>Energized, enthusiastic, and motivated individual</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Passionate about mixology with a strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, spirits, and beers</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Understanding and natural adherence to Brand Values</li>\n <li>Must be able to speak, comprehend, read, and write English</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have effective communication skills and know when to ask for help</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Availability to work day shift in to late afternoon/ early evenings on weekends and holidays within hours of operation</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 lbs without assistance</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to work in variable indoor/outdoor South Florida conditions and be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time </li>\n <li>Ability to maintain decorum and continue to work well with others in stressful, high-pressure situations</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience, Education, & Licensure</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED recommended.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Some College experience or Degree recommended.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>TIPS certified or become certified within 30 days of hire.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have a current Food Handlers card.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous bartending experience in a professional setting is preferred.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>As a valued member of the CoralTree team, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Group medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Participation in a pre-tax flexible benefit plan for healthcare and dependent care reimbursement  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>An employee assistance program  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid time off/sick time  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Participation in a 401(k) plan with a company match    </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Complimentary team member meals  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Complimentary room nights at CoralTree Hospitality managed properties                                                                                                                                                                                                     </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Join us in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, building vibrant communities, and shaping the future of travel and hospitality. #piersixtysixresort </p>\n<p> </p>",
