Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p>\n<p>The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary for Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast or Boomtown Casino Biloxi:</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for the set up and operation of audio and video equipment including but not limited to microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, recording equipment, connecting wires and cables, and related equipment for concerts, presentations, promotions, and any other property events.</li>\n <li>Responsible for daily technical operations and first line maintenance for live, audio and video entertainment. </li>\n <li>Assists Food & Beverage team with sound and lighting as needed during live banquets. </li>\n <li>Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with manager any scheduling concerns, with attention to guest satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Responsible for accurate completion of production set up checklists. Reports issues to leadership.  </li>\n <li>Responsible for the setup, operation, adjustments, service and repair of AV electronic equipment. Reports issues to leadership.</li>\n <li>Performs preventative maintenance on audio visual equipment according to established guidelines.</li>\n <li>Assists with ensuring digital displays and television on property are on and properly displaying content.</li>\n <li>Regulate fidelity, brightness, contrast, volume, and sound quality throughout the AV system.</li>\n <li>Administer control panels to operate and distribute multiple audio and video sources including but not limited to, horse racing, background music, HD video servers, sporting events and other casino and/or pari-mutuel related feeds.</li>\n <li>Follows all company, safety, and security procedures. Reports any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries to Manager. </li>\n <li>Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. </li>\n <li>Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.</li>\n <li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p><strong><u>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS </u></strong><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.</li>\n <li>Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).</li>\n <li>Must be able to work high volume days, nights, holidays, and weekends, as needed. </li>\n <li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.</li>\n <li>Must be able to read and interpret plans and specifications.</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong> <strong>                                                     </strong></p>\n<p>This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>LANGUAGE SKILLS</u></strong></p>\n<p>Must have good written and oral communication and organizational skills.  Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>REASONING ABILITY</u></strong></p>\n<p>Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</u></strong></p>\n<p>Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Must possess a valid driver’s license and have acceptable driving history as determined by Penn Entertainment’s auto insurance carrier.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</u></strong><strong>  </strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
