Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 to lead food and nutrition services at Adventist Health Rideout – Fountains , a healthcare-focused environment dedicated to delivering high-quality patient and resident experiences. Candidates must hold a CDM (Certified Dietary Manager), RD (Registered Dietitian), or other California-recognized dietary/food service certification in order to be considered for this role. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. What You'll Do Lead and oversee all food service operations, including patient services, retail, and clinical nutrition Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards (including CDPH and Title 22 in California) Manage and develop a team of managers, supervisors, and frontline staff Drive patient and client satisfaction initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Partner closely with clinical teams and facility leadership Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, and quality What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
