font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Role</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">As a key member of our Electrical Team you will be responsible for the power subsystems for existing developments, from design to procurement and integration, and drive our spacecraft power designs for the future.  </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">System Engineering </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide power subsystem engineering, both high level architecture and detailed electronics design, from specification to integration </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Act as the technical point of contact on the Avionics subsystem with key stakeholders: internal project teams, customers, subcontractors. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform requirements engineering (analysis, flow-up and down) related to spacecraft power systems, and the power interfaces of other on-board hardware </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop and maintain power subsystem architecture for ClearSpace missions </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain spacecraft power budgets and parametric models for the power subsystem </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Analyse EMC constraints for power subsystem and identify mitigation measures </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support the definition of power related test equipment </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Define validation, verification and test plans </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support integration and test of power subsystem, including generation of reports </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support flight operations </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Generate documentation for the full project lifetime (e.g. Design, Development and Verification Plan; FMEA; design review documentation; in-orbit subsystem operational procedures) </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support to customer and project reviews </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Unit definition and procurement</span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Write and support Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to external companies for avionics units reviewing responses and supporting-down selections </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide subcontractor management and technical supervision for key hardware deliverables, both power units and supporting other avionics procurements </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Review and assess power electronics aspects of all spacecraft equipment supporting other disciplines </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Internal developments </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support architecture and product development for future spacecraft power systems </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Contribute to detailed power electronics design for in-house developments</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(255, 64, 0); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Must Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> BSc/MSc) Degree in Power management, Electronics, Aerospace, Physics or similar </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> 5+ years Power System and Electrical Engineering experience in a systems or power electronics role </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Experience of power electronics/subsystems in the space industry, including power conditioning and distribution, DC/DC converters, solar arrays, solar array regulation and drive mechanisms, battery management (battery charge/discharge regulators) </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> End to end mission experience working as an Avionics engineer for space systems, performing design and analysis. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Ability to work in a team and willingness to collaborate outside your immediate expertise</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Strong communication and analytical skills </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Knowledge of typical program lifecycles, with previous experience as an active contributor to key formal reviews (MDR, PDR, CDR, etc) </span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Experience with spacecraft implementation phases to launch <br></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(255, 64, 0);
