You will be accountable for leading cross-functional teams, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement throughout the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and manage the NPI team, providing direction and support to ensure successful product launches</li>\n <li>Develop and implement strategies for effective new product introductions, aligning with Wesco’s goals and objectives</li>\n <li>Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure all aspects of new product development are aligned and executed efficiently</li>\n <li>Monitor and report on the progress of NPI projects, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions as necessary</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the NPI process</li>\n <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the NPI process</li>\n <li>Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment of project goals and timelines</li>\n <li>Manage resource allocation for NPI projects, ensuring optimal use of personnel and materials</li>\n <li>Analyze and evaluate the performance of new products post-launch to provide insights and recommendations for future projects</li>\n <li>Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the NPI team, encouraging professional development and growth</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred - Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field or equivalent level of experience and education</li>\n <li>5 years of experience working with NPI</li>\n <li>1 year leading or supervising a team a production or warehouse environment&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Demonstrated success managing NPI projects in a fast-paced manufacturing setting</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles</li>\n <li>Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce</li>\n <li>Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies</li>\n <li>Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain strong attention to detail</li>\n <li>Excellent problem‑solving abilities with a strategic approach to complex challenges</li>\n <li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders</li>\n <li>Strong computer proficiency</li>\n <li>Advanced knowledge of Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to travel 0% - 25%</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Expectations:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work may require standing and walking for up to 70% of the time depending on operational needs</li>\n <li>Work is physically strenuous and workers are required to lift heavy packages up to 50 pounds</li>\n <li>Work may require excessive bending or stooping</li>\n <li>\n  <p>Employee required to use hand tools</p>\n  <p>#LI-SG1<br>\n   &nbsp;</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
