Las Vegas Foot & Ankle is dedicated to helping people of all ages and lifestyles get back to enjoying the activities they love. We have 4 convenient locations across Henderson and Las Vegas. Las Vegas Foot & Ankle is looking for a Patient Services Representative to answer a high volume of calls, provide excellent customer service, and provide support to the practices. Duties and Responsibilities Ability to float between Gibson and Horizon Ridge Answers a high volume of calls and schedules appointments for all patients with a high degree of accuracy Communicates clearly on the phone and accurately documents and assigns messages Confirms and updates contact information for all patients at every contact Makes follow-up calls for any messages left Documents appointment visit status, including rescheduled, cancelled, confirmed, left voice message, or any other status appropriately Delivers all communications with excellent customer service Be courteous and professional for all patient interactions Routes calls to appropriate staff for swift resolution
