If you are looking for the opportunity to join a new and exciting airline that offers the chance to make your mark on aviation history, keep reading!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Program Planning and Management:</p><ul><li>Develop program plans, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.</li><li>Coordinate and oversee multiple projects within the program in various product domains, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.</li><li>Allocate resources and manage program budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.</li><li>Closely work with multiple scrum teams and business groups to coordinate the program and development integration dependencies.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead assigned product domain releases and their defined release management process.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.</li><li>Work closely with the development team to ensure product features are implemented according to specifications.</li><li>Utilize AI tools as a part of daily work functions where applicable.</li><li>Work closely with business groups, IT leadership, and executives to build enterprise-wide product roadmaps and their sequence, provide subject matter opinion, and be the “voice of internal customers” to get programs prioritized.</li></ul><p>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with the development, engineering, and multiple impacted business groups to ensure the successful development and launch of programs/products.</li><li>Facilitate communication and alignment between teams to ensure a cohesive product development standard.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for all product/program-related inquiries and decisions.</li><li>Act as a primary owner of the assigned product configuration plans and proactively pull decisions from applicable business groups for the system’s initial and ongoing configurations.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Stakeholder Management:</p><ul><li>Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, business partners, and Crewmembers, to ensure program objectives are met and delivered to gain its value.</li><li>Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.</li><li>Escalate risks and issues to IT leadership and stakeholders based on each program situation as applicable.&nbsp;</li><li>Foster and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.</li></ul><p>Risk and Issue Management:</p><ul><li>Identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.</li><li>Develop and maintain a risk management plan to minimize potential negative impacts on the program.</li></ul><p>Performance Monitoring and Reporting:</p><ul><li>Establish performance metrics and KPIs to monitor program progress and success.</li><li>Prepare and present regular program status reports to senior management and stakeholders.</li><li>Conduct program reviews and post-implementation assessments to identify areas for improvement.</li></ul><p>Quality Assurance:</p><ul><li>Oversee product testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the product meets performance and reliability standards.</li><li>Ensure all projects within the program adhere to quality standards and best practices.</li><li>Implement quality control measures to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of the program deliverables.</li><li>Work closely with scrum QA Crewmembers, product support Crewmembers, and business groups to define user acceptance, change management plans, execution plans, and product/program adoption strategy.</li></ul><p>Vendor Management:</p><ul><li>Build strong relationships with key vendors to ensure a reliable supply chain and effective collaboration.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, addressing any issues, concerns, or disputes.</li><li>Foster long-term partnerships with vendors to enhance strategic alignment and mutual growth.</li><li>Support IT leadership and business groups with vendor sections and evaluations.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p>",
