Then check this out!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<li>Prepares espresso-based coffee drinks and other food products available. </li>\n<li>Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products. </li>\n<li>Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.</li>\n<li>Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.</li>\n<li>Assists with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed. </li>\n<li>Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager.</li>\n<li>Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes-first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs.</li>\n<li>Follows operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.</li>\n<li>Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed. </li>\n<li>Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.</li>\n<li>Other job-related duties as assigned.</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to pass mandatory screening including a background check, and drug test.</li>\n <li>Must possess a California Food Handler Card.</li>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li>\n <li>Must have basic knowledge of various drink recipes.</li>\n <li>Able to deal effectively and interact well with customers and co-workers.</li>\n <li>Able to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.</li>\n <li><strong>Available for work Graveyard shift, weekends and holidays, and overtime when needed. </strong></li>\n <li>Able to communicate clearly with team members.</li>\n <li>Able to work independently.</li>\n <li>Able to work within a team environment.</li>\n <li>Requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong></p>\n<p>High school diploma or equivalent, college degree or bartending school diploma preferred.</p>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<p>1-2 years experience as a Barista in a facility of comparable quality desired. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to follow all safe food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
