We offer design/build services for temporary and permanent treatment systems, and operation and maintenance services for a variety of soil, groundwater and wastewater treatment systems. GWTT provides construction, dewatering, remediation and environmental construction services. We offer a challenging growth-oriented work environment, in which the right candidate will have the opportunity to develop and understand the necessary technical and managerial skills to excel in today&rsquo;s competitive market. We are hiring in several of our offices along the east coast as well as travel technician opportunities.</p><p>General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Mechanical and basic electrical assembly of projects under the supervision of Superintendent or Project Engineer&nbsp;</li><li>Field work as necessary under the supervision of Project Managers and /or Superintendents</li><li>Operate temporary treatment systems</li><li>Routine maintenance and inspection of equipment &ndash; change pump seals, repair flow meters, etc.</li><li>Materials receiving and loading/unloading trucks&nbsp;</li><li>Pickup and delivery of materials as necessary</li><li>Preparation of equipment &ndash; cleaning, grinding, painting, loading carbon, pulling materials from stock, etc.</li><li>Miscellaneous job tasks such as mechanical, plumbing, rough carpentry, etc.</li><li>Cleaning of equipment returned from rental sites &ndash; cleaning, power washing, grinding, painting, unloading carbon, restocking material, etc.</li><li>General shop and yard housekeeping &ndash; sweeping, cleaning common areas, emptying trash cans, snow removal, etc.</li><li>Restocking materials&nbsp;</li><li>Always maintaining a safe working environment</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record</li><li>Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening</li><li>Mechanical/electrical background preferred</li><li>OSHA 40 preferred</li><li>Ability to work overtime/weekends as needed</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills, opportunities for bonus and advancement, excellent benefits including medical and dental plans, paid holidays and vacations and a 401k plan.
