    "description": "<p>Family Health Care is currently seeking applicants for the Pediatric Dental Assistant position!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">General Function</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>To provide chair side assistance to the pediatric dentist(s).<br></li>\n<li>Act as a resource for other dental staff.</li>\n<li>Maintain dental instruments, equipment and operatories in a clean and ready-for-use manner.</li>\n<li>Functioning as an effective communicator with parents/guardians.</li>\n<li>Demonstrates patience and empathy towards pediatric patients.</li>\n<li>Communicating with the patient to facilitate their comfort and cooperation.</li>\n<li>Provide dental x-rays.</li>\n<li>Ensures compliance with FHC policies and procedures, OSHA accreditation requirements and HIPPA standards.</li>\n<li>Ensures appropriate medication storage.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements for the Position</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>HS Diploma or Equivalent</li>\n<li>Current CPR certification preferred<br></li>\n<li>Familiar with basic functions of a computer</li>\n<li>Pediatric experience is preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location: White Cloud</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Employment Type:</span> Full-Time</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Exempt/Non-Exempt:</span> Non-Exempt</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span> Full benefit package including health, vision, dental, disability insurance, life insurance, 401K and PTO</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Family Health Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</em></span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>",
