    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">Carpenter responsibilities include assisting with onsite management of commercial renovation projects. The ideal candidate must have construction experience, ability to work without direct supervision, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to organize their work using MS office tools. Ultimately, a successful Carpenter should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day communication with Clients, Sub-Contractors, and internal staff. Project work takes place after hours and on weekends.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct site surveys to determine initial project plan with the Site Foreman</li><li>Ensure all required materials orders, equipment delivery, and inspections occur to support the project schedule&nbsp;</li><li>Install door hardware and other Carpentry tasks</li><li>Responsible for site safety. Ensure the overall job site is safe for workers and visitors as well as manage compliance with established company safety policies.&nbsp;</li><li>Understand, review, and manage project plans, specifications, and manufacturer&#39;s data and execute project based upon said documentation&nbsp;</li><li>Review construction documents for completeness and constructability.</li><li>Manage the overall project and 3-week look ahead schedules, including working in master schedules and updating it on a weekly basis&nbsp;</li><li>Generate RFI&#39;s (Requests for Information) as required to ensure completeness of the project documents and identify and clarify any discrepancies&nbsp;</li><li>Work with the project team to follow the company&rsquo;s quality control program for the project</li><li>Conduct preconstruction planning meetings</li><li>Conduct on-site project meetings with subcontractors and construction trades lead personnel to clearly identify scope of work and quality expectations</li><li>Manage subcontractors for all work performed on-site</li><li>Set an example in keeping the job site organized and clean, including meeting standards for waste disposal and environmental protection</li><li>Track site progress, capture progress photos and report subcontractor onsite manhours utilizing an app on your phone</li><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Construction Management / Carpentry experience (2 years minimum)</li><li>2+ years of proven leadership or supervisory role</li><li>Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings</li><li>Reliable transportation and flexible work hours</li><li>All work is completed after hours at night and on weekends</li><li>High school diploma or&nbsp;equivalent</li><li>Organizational and multi-tasking&nbsp;skills</li><li>High level of attention to&nbsp;detail</li><li>Experience with interior finishes</li><li>Clean DMV/Background Check back to the age of 18</li><li>No DUI in past 7 years</li><li>New Hire drug screen required</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to lift and move 50 or more pounds&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work indoors and outside (including during inclement weather)&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to stand for long periods of time&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to sit and drive vehicle with extensive travel&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to climb, bend, stoop, and reach freely&nbsp;</li><li>Vision correctable to 20/20&nbsp;</li></ul></div></div>\n",
