As a leader in pediatric therapy, we provide a purpose-driven environment where your skills and compassion truly make a difference.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Run and oversee behavioral + functional assessments - the fun ones like VB-MAPP and Vineland!</p></li>\n <li><p>Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life—home, community, and center.</p></li>\n <li><p>Train, support, and cheer on your RBT team like the clinical rockstars they are.</p></li>\n <li><p>Lead meaningful parent training sessions that empower families.</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate with other disciplines, educators, and providers to give kids the best care possible.</p></li>\n <li><p>And of course… pitch in with anything else that helps the team thrive!</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be licensed as a BCBA.</li>\n <li>At least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>HealthPRO Heritage and its subsidiaries provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
