They ensure the proper setup, control, and connection with installed equipment and then\nconfirm the correct data is being transmitted from all devices.</p><p><br /></p><p>Primary responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Ensure installations are compliant with all requirements\n</li><li>Works with other groups as necessary for continuous improvement of processes and training\n</li><li>Uses extensive system level knowledge of multiple product platforms to ensure proper installation of equipment within\ncustomer facilities\n</li><li>Captures issue and response data in specialized software applications\n</li><li>Serves as a resource in product design reviews for quality control and reliability\n</li><li>Must be able to collect and display data in a logical manner\n</li><li>Teaches and mentors other support and commissioning personnel in troubleshooting techniques\n</li><li>Works with customers and installation contractors by phone to troubleshoot, assist, and train them with regard to the\nenergy management system\n</li><li>Participates in cross functional projects as required\n</li></ul><p><br /></p>",
