Your responsibilities may include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Assist with daily living skills, grooming, meals, personal care, and medication administration.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Support individuals in activities, community outings, and skill-building.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Promoting independence and dignity in every interaction<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Document daily notes, training steps, and updates in Therap.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Communicate important information to supervisors and team members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Follow safety, infection control, and agency policies.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Maintain professionalism, teamwork, and positive interactions.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Need:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Minimum age: 18</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">High school diploma or equivalent</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">2–4 years of relevant experience preferred (DSP, CNA, PCA, RBT, Med Tech, Caregiver)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Valid driver’s license and Social Security number</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Basic computer and documentation skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Ability to pass required background and reference checks</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Work Location Flexibility: </em></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>While this position is assigned to our Spartanburg location, All Direct Support Professionals may be required to work at other Charles Lea Center sites as needed based on staffing and operational needs. </em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Physical Requirements: </em></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>This role involves regular standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and hands-on support.
