          "text": "<p><strong>EchoPark Automotive is hiring&#xa0;an Automotive Inventory Manager at our brand new dealership in Orlando FL opening Mid- October 2026!&#xa0;Must be available to travel for orientation and training at another one of our locations.&#xa0;</strong></p><p>The Inventory Manager will oversee the entire inventory process, from start to finish, by managing target quality and inventory levels.&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide inventory fulfillment to outlying stores</li><li>Maintain stocking levels</li><li>Trigger and execute arbitration and transportation claims</li><li>Manage wholesale units to include a weekly log for visibility</li><li>Provide feedback and analysis to the purchasing team</li><li>Conduct the&#xa0;lot inventory merchandising</li><li>Deliver ongoing quality assurance for on-lot vehicles</li><li>Reporting when needed and as appropriate</li></ul><p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Automotive experience preferred</li><li>Detail oriented</li><li>Have a general knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations</li><li>A high degree of coordination and communication skills</li><li>Quality focused</li><li>Active Listener</li><li>Team Player&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</li></ul><ul></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>$55-62k plus monthly bonus potential</li><li>Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance&#xa0;</li><li>401K with company match</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Access to leadership and personal development programs</li><li>Casual dress code</li></ul>",
